The hotel's location was perfect, with everything we needed just a short walk away. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Our room was always clean and comfortable, with a cozy balcony where we could relax. the breakfast had a delicious variety of options and we loved starting our day with a tasty meal. we had a great experience!
The lack of wifi in the room for a week was disappointing and inconvenient.

The hotel had excellent customer service and the staff was extremely accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and had a good variety of food options. The location was ideal as it was close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. the room had a balcony which was a great feature to enjoy the nice weather.
The bed was not the most comfortable and the shower was not practical. The water did not stay contained in the shower area causing a bit of a mess.

Staff great, friendly and helpful. Hotel truly pet friendly. Clean room, daily cleaning. Tasty breakfast, good food choices. Enjoyed balcony. Convenient location.

The staff at the reception were friendly and helpful. They made an effort to communicate in different languages using Google Translate. the room was cleaned daily and the breakfast offered a good selection of tasty food. the convenient location meant that we didn't have to go far to find shops, restaurants, and the beach.
The wifi in the room was not functioning properly for the entire week. Despite multiple requests, the issue was not resolved.
